This company is one of the worse management companies I have ever dealt with…. If they purchase a property you are living at prepare for the demise of it shortly after their arrival …. They will cut staff cut services and raise rents to ridiculous amounts and hire people like Edgestone Rivera the dumbest property manager on earth has no prior experience in property management goes to show you how well they vet their new hires
This company is one of the many company that just hire workers!!! I was out on medical leave for 6 months for cancer and went for rental assistance through several companies and they denied me because they didn’t know how to do w9s and I stay up to date until July with the help of short term and friends!! And they tried to evict me for 61.39$ wow I really want to just own my own and get from under them !! Rental properties are all about money
Run by disrespectful people that ignore local ordinances and don’t respect the people and communities they work in. Not to mention they are over 2 years behind on a project. Zero professionalism.
