Recently during a very stressful time for a family, Kelsey went out of her way and I thought that was the kindest gesture. I bought a f150 in 2012 with great success and am still driving (400,000kms and going strong) and will be seriously considering making my next purchase here again. Just purchased a new 2026 F150 XLT supercrew from Denham Ford. Dealing with Rene, Steve and Stacey was a pleasurable experience. Very knowledgable crew, no pressure and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from Denham ford in Cranbrook.
Denham Ford were great to deal with! Kelsey my sales person was amazing. I factory ordered an F150 and she was very attentive to my wants and needs. When a couple of issues arose with the build of my truck (potential parts supply issues), the management team stepped in and kept the build on track. I really appreciated the extra effort they put in for me and the communications between them and me. The whole process was top notch with no pressure at all. I strongly recommend Denham Ford for a great place to buy a new vehicle.
This was the 4th dealership in Cranbrook that I went to when looking to purchase my first new vehicle. Everyone was so friendly. Ryan (sales) was amazing. It actually felt like he wanted to help me get a vehicle instead of just hustling me. It being my first new vehicle, I had a lot of questions and Ryan was happy to answer and explain everything to me. 100% recommend.
