This guy is unbelievable. He starts of with reasonable pricing. If he sees that you have a nice house, he will try and gouge you for more money. My biggest mistake was not to ask him for a pricing bid on my second go around with him. To be honest, I'm OK with paying for good work. However, I wasn't expecting him to suddenly hit me with a large bill as he did. Fine, no problem, I thought we had a good working relationship.
