They don't pay their bills.
What stitch up. I was warned about not getting paid by Denham Constructions, before we started the project. sure enough they still owe us money 1.5years later. I would be very careful about dealing with them.
very bad builder, not pay last invoice (amount 4K+). Retention money never come. always find excuse, rip off sub-contractor. ASIC has to investigate them.
Be very careful if you deal with this company or its off-shoots ( eg. Denham Constructions Project No.950 Pty Ltd, etc..) if you want to be paid for any materials or work you do. We are a small family business and did some flooring works for them at FRENCHAM School (Mittagong) - Aquatic Centre in 2014/ school are very happy with the work and flooring.....
