Corey and his crew just finished an approx 2-month job doing renos at our new home and we are so happy with how it looks. He was easy to work with and stuck close to his estimate- admittedly we added to his workload as we moved forward- but there were no surprises and the end result is great! We Used Corey and his team to help bring our plans to reality. We started planning a major addition to our bungalow in 2022 and by the end of 2023 it was done. Planning is the longest part! He was very backed up at the time but warned us of that , which gave us time to budget , work with banks and finish the plans. Corey and his crew do spectacular work. We've worked with them twice now, and both experiences have been fantastic. The crew is polite, tidy, and as quiet as construction work gets, and the work is always done well with attention to detail. The work plan and any recommendations are explained patiently and clearly, and Corey is very meticulous in seeking our opinion and approval of the work plan and any changes. We found that Corey made the hole experience easy for us from start to finish. His work was great! On budget and on time. The communications urging the entire Reno was not only helpful but made it simple to plan or days with two small children. We would highly recommend Denham construction to anyone. A Lewis. Kitchener
