The only reason I am giving 1 star is basically because I have to. Your nurses and front staff represent you and this place had some awful ones. A nurse that makes fun of disabilities that people have. If you’re a nurse and you make fun of people due to a disability then you are definitely in the wrong career and should probably rethink your career choices. I've been a patient under Dr. Deng since I was 15 years old. I am now 41. He and Dr. Nancy, are THE best! They always listen, help and most importantly, they care. I will never go anywhere else. Best care I have ever received.
I was disappointed about 10 months ago at my Doctors visit. I waited for a very long time in the exam room, only to have a brief five-minute consultation with the doctor. I understand that offices can get busy, but I would have appreciated better communication about the wait time and that I wouldn't even be seeing my normal Doctor. This place went downhill fast after Dr Mosca left. It took nearly a month of calling this office, and a letter to Dr Deng to get them to send a request to the correct office.
