Mrs. Nancy is the best! I never wait long and she is always very thorough and informative.
I've seen Nancy for several years (5+) and am extremely happy with her and the office overall. For the previous comments: I've never had a problem with the front desk being rude, I've NEVER had to wait...I usually take a book and only read a couple of pages before I'm called, my only complaint about billing is that they don't send statements so if you have a balance you find out at your next appointment, for test results I get an email saying my results are ready and I can access them through the patient portal which is much... read more
Rude women. Found a different Dr.
Doctor Mosca has been gone for over 3 months now, yet, Deng Family Medicine still has him listed as a doctor there and their website indicates the same. Very deceiving. They need to update their information!
I was disappointed with my recent visit. I waited for a very long time in the exam room, only to have a brief five-minute consultation with the doctor. I understand that offices can get busy, but I would have appreciated better communication about the wait time and that I wouldn't even be seeing or speaking to the actual doctor.
