I live in a building managed by Denfords and since they took over they have been exceptional in the way they have dealt with the site with Mr Denford even responding to my email when he was on holiday.
100%the most useless company I have ever had to pleasure to deal with. We have had loads of issues in our apartment block for month on end and nothing has been done. The say the same old thing over and over again. Not only is it time consuming but annoying to speak to someone but no one bothers to do anything about it. We pay ground rent and service charges and for what.
Denfords office based in Southampton. I recently had a difficult issue at an apartment building managed by this company. I found the staff at Denfords to be friendly, very helpful & efficient in resolving the issue to my satisfaction, in a timely manner. We have had a bad situation in our block and denfords have done their absolute best to resolve it and as a tenant in the block I couldnt of asked for better service. I've been here 14 years now and they have always been happy to help if they can. The staff are always friendly and kind on the phone and emails. And they respond a lot quicker than most do. Whether they can help or not they do answer. As a send adult I I appreciate the kindness shown to explain something to me if I dont understand it.
