Great management change recently, fire them all. From three stars to one. If all employee were to learn products and part numbers a little better will raise number of stars. By the way thanks for letting my special order sit around for a month as I called daily to check on it. All the mounting hardware I ordered with it must have disappeared during this time.

Loved them before the merger, but all of the employees that use to be there have either been let go of or have left. Sign of things to come....
