Recently contacted them to do a regular maintenance check on our 12 yr old gas boiler. They sent Kevin Farnsworth out, and he seemed courteous and capable as far as I could tell (since I have no way of really assessing the technical aspects of the job). My only issue was that he arrived wearing grime soaked work boots, and since he had to access the mechanical area through a newly completed basement den, it turned out there were greasy grimy stains on the baseboard below the opening into that space. Had someone come to service my boiler a few weeks ago, which went okay aside from them not cleaning up their mess. However, I asked specifically for a new carbon monoxide reading (which takes less than 5 minutes) in order to fulfill a MassSave barrier to weatherization. Worker said he didn't have the equipment on hand, but would come by at a later date and do the reading.
