***Update March 2025*** I still have an outstanding work order from over a year ago, submitted it for the 3rd time 2 weeks ago as critical and CRICKETS. Glad to see my maintenance is going towards a company that continues to neglect our property but then give us a new property manager and “solve the issues”. I will believe it when I actually see it! I'm a Realtor looking for the owner of Denali. I have a closing on one of the properties managed by Denali. Since December, the property manager has never returned a call or email to me. The condo I have listed is due to close next week. How is that going to happen? Also, I see a few issues with the property and reported it and since then, nothing has changed. This is the worse property manager ever to exist poor.customer service . Karen cohen has not returned calls she only emails and doesn’t properly communicate the board decided to fire them . They don’t try to help or work with anyone they don’t return calls. Terrible business practices .
