Negligent, unprofessional, lazy and clueless. Your condos suck on River road Chatham, one thing breaks after the next and you guys can't be bothered to answer the phone once. Another useless company, you're barely 3 star rating shows how crap you really are.
I have been attempting to connect with Tracy with zero response. Many issues since this management company took over. The continued "special assessments' with nothing to show for it!!!!!!
Jersey City, NJ In our building, we had a tenant destroying property and letting in outsiders to the building. Packages were being stolen, and the boiler room was being broken into on a weekly basis. Basically, one of the the tenants was letting people into the building and people were breaking into the boiler room, sometimes destroying locks, and turning off the heat to the entire building for days at a time during January and February. I must say for the price of the monthly maintenance fee... they should have kept the security cameras on going that are installed outside the condominium in alton place.
