I'm a joint replacement "frequent flyer" having had a total left shoulder replaced at an Anchorage hospital that will remain un-named in 2013. I had a total Knee Replacement in July 2017 by Dr. Pace and a Total Right Shoulder Replacement (Reverse) by Dr. Ellison in November 2017 both were at Mat-Su Regional Hospital. The doctor (dr Curtis Mina), nurse (Marisol), x-Ray technician were excellent. I really felt like they cared. They all were very professional, caring, informative, gentle, and accommodating to whatever needs I had. It was an overall excellent experience. They answered every question I had. I left the office feeling hopeful that the extreme back pain I was in was going to be alright.

This is my second time bringing my mother here, last time we made an appointment for the next week when we paid. Get here today to be told no appointment, have to wait doctor is backed up. As I write this we have been sitting for an hour. We cannot come back die to a vacation tomorrow and my mother is very handicapped.
