This company is amazing - called them on a Monday with dysfunctional AC unit and they were out by Wednesday. Kyle was great and taught me how to clean/care for HVAC system. Melissa was also kind and helpful when it came to working with the warranty company. Thank you guys for running an awesome company!
I highly recommend Denali for all of your heating and cooling needs. They've been out to our home twice now. Both times, they were fantastic. They showed up on time, ready to fix the issue. This last appointment, was supposed to be a 3 day job, it took them 2 days. Our system was back up and running & we're so grateful. They replaced water damaged insulation & even went above and beyond to make sure we had no rust and that the integrity of the duct work was top notch. Thank you Denali HVA! I got a very pleasant and quick response from office when I called for help this morning. A technician, Kyle, arrived quickly and even ahead of estimated time, which is especially nice when the heater isn’t working in winter. Called them because my heat pump wasn’t cooling. Was told I had an unrepairable leak in the outdoor coil. Was then quoted 17k for change out. This is an R-22 system and the tech put nitrogen into the system to find the leak. Ruined my refrigerant in the process. I called a different company and they came out and found the problem. TWO loose valve cores. 5$ parts. The bill from him would’ve been a couple hundred but since the previous guy put nitrogen in the system it was compromised. Shame on you
