I had a very disappointing experience with the receptionist at this location. She was rude and noticeably arrogant. I had a reasonable question about my treatment because the name of the service I paid for did not match the name listed with my insurance. I had every right to ask for clarification, yet she was completely unhelpful. I remained respectful from the beginning, but she did not extend the same courtesy.
