(edit) I did receive a replacement. I also have received a followup phone call. I have yet to replace the unit due to being winter and camper is currently winterized. Will install in spring. I've updated to 3 stars due to having the inital issues with customer support. Since then, I have been pleased with the service. Do Not Purchase anything from Denali Aire. I purchased a new ac with my camper. It died within a few weeks. I submited everything they have asked for. They will not return my emails after the first few when asked for my documents and diagnosing I have done. Very poor quality and very poor customer service with warranty. Junk
Bought two nice window air conditioners this past summer. When I took them out for the fall, one of the parts broke on one of them. I contacted the company and they promptly shipped me out a replacement part at no extra charge. I was very pleased.
