I absolutely love going to Denaina! The front desk staff are top notch! They are very kind and see to the patients needs right away! They make me coffee and bring it to me! Dr. Nate is amazing! I appreciate him so much! I used to go to PT and OT there. Now I only go for PT. NOW…….. THE UPPER MANAGEMENT…….they are the absolute worst!!! They fired the whole OT and PT staff! They do not take into consideration anyone except themselves!! The upper management should all be replaced ! Especially some idiot who came from the slope ... read more
Being that this is another Alaskan, TAX and"federally funded"health consorsium clinic,there seems to be alot of focus from a nativity,"go situation" taking social status treatment that hinders a proper orientation level of understanding.The last time I was there, personal opinions in the appointment room were shoved in my face,talking at me,instead of to me,walking all over my appointment or how ever else you want to see it.When I seen Jeff Taylor(before he funneled through)he mentioned that he isn't trying to just give me p... read more
They don’t care about your health, never listen to anything you have to say, and don’t go through with what they say they’re going to do. Worst communication I’ve ever seen! If there was an option for 0 stars that’s what I’d give them!
2024 All services are operating and helpful staff especially Optometry and new equipment. 2021 By Appointment Only due to COVID-19, wish they would reopen the Gym.
