I emailed Certificate of proof. Katy Chol said no pets allowed ! Don't call me, I'll call you . I cited Fair Housing Act, Americans with Disabilities Act. Katy Chol said she asked management Katy Chol said I had "No Credit" application Denied Flavin Reality cheated me for 65$ Application Fee
Colleen Clark has been outstanding with my recent sale. I have used her for the sale of multiple residential properties and was quite happy with the outcome. I looked at a house with my Agent. We submitted an offer the agent with flavin never even had courtesy to respond let it expire, we asked for disclosures we were told they were not updated and we’re waiting for them. We put another offer in them all sudden it went pending with their agent. I find it appalling and unethical they guide their clients and overlook and treat other buyers that aren’t flavin clients like second rate people. Shame shame.
