Avoid Advent at Candler. 1) Just when i started needing actual care for an injury and symptoms of an illness, this doctor dropped me like a hot potato. Truly mind boggling. (And frankly, I liked this doctor as a person--to the point where I couldn't believe it was actually her who dropped me, just when I needed care most!) Dr. Dena is absolutely one of the most caring doctors I have ever had. We are so blessed to have her back here in WNC. She is the absolute best!! Her staff is pretty amazing also!!
Dr Snead may not remember me because she saw me as a patient in Shelby, NC before she relocated. I really wish she were still here! Anyhow, she recognized immediately that I was really struggling and narrowed it down to autoimmune disease and got me to the right specialist for care. It took seven years for the right doctor to take me seriously. Seven years of suffering. Clean office and front desk staff was friendly and informative. Dr. Dena Snead was friendly and professional. I felt heard and understood. I am thankful to have found such a caring doctor in Candler.
Dr. Snead is amazing! Kind, caring and very through. She helped me so much. You won't find a better doctor. Staff there are awesome too. Great office.
