Dena has an extensive menu, and over 20 years of experience, which attracted me to her practice…after my first session, I liked her work and have begun to work my way around her offerings, as she has so many! First I tried a Swedish massage. I received a relaxing massage, with a lovely custom aromatherapy mix. For the second session, I added a cold stone facial massage to another Swedish session. Dena is an incredibly gifted CMT and I can’t imagine myself getting treated by anyone else. I have had both lymphatic and Buccal massages with her. I have been a complex long term health journey, and Dena has played a part in helping me reach my healing goals! She will ensure you are comfortable throughout the whole appointment and can change things up based on your own personal needs.
