I’ve had two wonderful experiences with Dena. My first session was a 90 min lymphatic treatment. I’m a massage therapist myself and had researched the different lymphatic massage methods and was most interested in the Vodder method which Dena was certified in. I have seen other therapists offering lymphatic work but I wanted to find someone who was professional, experienced and well educated. Dena was all three and more. I'm a long time client. I originally went for Bowen and love it so much, but I've also had massage and other modalities with Dena. She's the best. She's authentic, and she's great at what she does. I always feel taken care of! Dena also has items for sale, such as weighted eye masks, body butters and specialty fragrance-free body oils, candles, teas, and serums.
I've been to Dena a couple times always with fantastic results. I clench my jaw at night and occasionally have tension headaches because of it and regularly need massage or other treatments to prevent my headaches. I have had a couple buccal massages with Dena with fantastic results. It helps relax all the muscles in my jaw with the added benefit of moving lymph in my face and tightening up my skin so I look younger afterwards. I have been seeing Dena for about a year. With Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage, she helped me recover a broken ankle (after two surgeries). I've also had all kinds of her other services, including buccal facial massage, her somatic sensory facial, shirodhara, headache focused massage, and regular Swedish massage.
