Dr. Shepard-Madden has been very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient every time I have seen her. She listens, explains, and discusses health issues in detail. She is easy to talk with and I recommend her.
As a new patient I saw Dr. Sheppard-Madden for COVID long haul for the first time. She shrugged her shoulders, didn't listen, ordered NO tests, did NO physical and referred me to a cardiologist who could not see me for months. She did nothing. Clearly sub-standard care. Avoid.
What does a PCP’s office do?? They can’t tell me where to get labs done that THEY ordered. They can’t tell me where to get X-rays done that THEY ordered. They don’t call with results of tests THEY order. They can’t tell me where to get Covid vaccine now that I’m eligible. I have had to call my insurance company every single time. So what does a PCP’s office actually do ??

This Dr. Is the worst. Unable to diagnose anything associated with vehicle accident. Left her office 3 times without being diagnosed properly. I encourage everyone to treat themselves first before considering seeing Sheppard-Madden. This doctor does not listen, nor does she care. She is a perfect example of why this country’s health care system is permently broken. Oh yeah, don’t forget to pay the greedy ladies at the front desk. Just felt people should know
Dr. Sheppard-Madden listens very well, and does not rush the appointment. She also explains the options well.
My husband and I have been going to Dr. Sheppard-Madden for many years. I could not ask for a more dedicated and fine doctor. She takes her time and really cares about YOU. Very highly recommend!
