I was at the store today around 5:20 PM and this is the most bizarre customer service experience so far, in my opinion. About a month ago I bought a fuel pump core from here. The pump failed so I brought it back expecting a replacement. Instead, the employee processed a refund. I then asked if it was possible to just get a replacement part instead.
