I had no hot water Tuesday. They came out and installed a new water heater. An hour after they left, still ice cold water. Turns out that it was an electrical issue and the unit was getting no power. They replaced a perfectly good heater. They did nothing to check if the old unit was actually not working nor did they even use an $8 voltage meter to see if the unit had power.
