This team is incredibly responsive, informative and helpful. They take extra time to make sure you understand your policy and field your questions without making you feel like you're a nuisance. Highly recommend.
One of our drivers misplaced our truck's current insurance card and I learned about it while taking new drivers to DMV to take a road test. I called State Farm to email me a copy of our current card, and found out their system was down nationwide. They told me it should be back up in 20 minutes. Never came back up, so after 5 hrs waiting at the DMV, we had to leave.
