One of our drivers misplaced our truck's current insurance card and I learned about it while taking new drivers to DMV to take a road test. I called State Farm to email me a copy of our current card, and found out their system was down nationwide. They told me it should be back up in 20 minutes. Never came back up, so after 5 hrs waiting at the DMV, we had to leave.
