This has been the worst consumer experience I have experienced in my lifetime. This company has deceptive practices, poor customer service, and unreliable vehicles. I purchased a 2011 Dodge Journey (roughly $8,000) for my daughter from these brothers a few months ago and it has been nothing but issues from the start. The vehicle failed emissions and the transmission eventually failed (unreliable vehicle). They said they would help, at the very least, ensure that it will pass emissions.
