We’ve been here 3x, each time the service was worse/so so slow. Last night we we waited over an hour, hour and a half even for our food. We ordered two entrees and there was an order of “all you can eat sushi”. Looking around as our food started to arrive, there were maybe 5 tables occupied in the entire place and there were families who arrived well before us who didn’t get their food. My husband and I have 5 kids we don’t get out much and when we do we like to have a great experience. This experience was ridiculous, food took almost 3 hours to come to our table. We both did the all you can eat. My husband ate his sushi and had about 3 rolls left not a full roll they charged him which was fine we understand, but they don’t let you take home the extra rolls you paid for. Got all you can eat dinner sushi and for my first order I ordered 5 rolls. It took an hour and a half for only 2 of the 5 rolls to come out. Because they forgot about the other 2. At that point I just wanted to leave and asked for a comp meal since I didn't even get half they then haggled with me starting at ten percent and only giving me 20 percent off.
