Bought a car through credit acceptance. I put 150$ down to just hold the car and told him it had no heat. I picked the vehicle up the following week and dropped off the rest of my down payment. The car didn’t last 2 weeks and there was no heat and overheating. The vehicle has been in his shop 5-6 times including the one where I waited to have heat. For as much as I’d like to leave a good review, unfortunately I can’t. Joe himself was very nice and easy to deal with, but the vehicle I was sold has had multiple issues and after only owning it for 2 months, it is now almost un-driveable. I’ll have to put more money in to it just to get it to where it drives correctly. While I understand I bought a used car and there maybe some minor issues that pop up, I was told that the vehicle was in great shape and free of major issues. This just hasn’t turned out to be true. Bought a vehicle in April for 4,000 dollars didn't even make it home transfer case blew 3 mi down the road. I call joe he said we'll you did purchase the car as is I say I know but you should make this right I didn't even make it home he says ok you buy the parts and we'll fix it I bought the transfer case it was fixed .
