Yolanda and Sydney graciously addressed my areas of concern and helped me understand how to take care of my body beyond diet and exercise. Overall, I’m pleased with the results. She was so detail oriented and helpful with my situation
This was my first lymphatic drainage massage and I didn’t know what to expect. I loved it! It was so relaxing and soothing, and Yolanda was very gentle, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
I’ve been seeing Yolanda and her daughter for lymphatic massage for swelling in my legs and feet. Over the initial course of my treatment, I’ve seen noticeable improvement in my ankles and feet at the end of each day. I’m also starting to see some subtle improvements around my knees. My legs definitely feel lighter and less puffy. I’m hopeful that this will jump start my return to playing tennis and pickleball!
