Bill Dempsey is a master mechanic. He has done an excellent job maintaining my vehicles for years.
Poor customer service. Very rude and their attitude was abhorrent.
PLEASE NOTE his shop is located on a George Street Entrance, there is a green sign...right after 1825 Buildings, right after the Chincquapin Rd intersection. Right before ADU appliance repair services. Was referred by another great car buff and in the know person! Bill is an artist, mechanic is too generic a term for him. His attention to detail and meticulous service, and genuine care for his customer's well being is what makes him a standout. Excellent service at good price with lifetime of experience in the field.
The young man working there was able to quickly diagnose my problem and get me back on the road. The shop is a little hard to find but I will be back for routine maintenance.
