If I could give a negative I would. I did all the work to create a strong collection letter. The "attorney" at Dempsey, Roberts & Smith dropped the salient data into a form letter with no teeth and when I objected to the new tone Mr. Dempsey, himself, told me I could not dictate what was in the letter. They were paid to perform this service through my LegalShield membership, but they failed to provide the services contracted. Don't use this firm or sign up with LegalShield. Both are a giant waste of money and time.

It is always regrettable when a member is not happy with the service. However, when this individual told us the letter was gutless and had lots of disclaimers in it we tried to explain the disclaimers are required by our state bar and is non-negotiable with them. Ms. R***** was not interested in hearing that and continued to berate our firm during our numerous attempts to explain the legal parameters in which we must work.
