Horrible customer service on the phone. Horrible scheduling. Not only did they delay an appraisal for a client by two weeks, but when questioned and inquired about the status of appraisal they hung and said to never call again. This company is not equipped to handle appraisals or business in a timely and respectful manner. Stay Away..!!!!
