Highly Recommend, great customer service!
I had a great experience working with Dempsey & Lane Appraisers, LLC. Jenner was very helpful and took the time to answer several of my questions thoroughly. She was friendly, professional, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. Her experience really shows, and she clearly knows her territory well. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of appraisal services.
Horrible customer service on the phone. Horrible scheduling. Not only did they delay an appraisal for a client by two weeks, but when questioned and inquired about the status of appraisal they hung and said to never call again. This company is not equipped to handle appraisals or business in a timely and respectful manner. Stay Away..!!!!
