I have been calling for test results since late August of this year, and I have not gotten a call back. In late August Bonnie was on a 2 week vacation and was not taking messages. Now she is out on medical leave and numerous calls to the reception desk go unreturned. I'm quite disappointed with the quality of professionalism. It did not used to be like this.

Had a great experience here with Dr. Kolson, who was super attentive, kind, understanding, and very thorough in the best way possible. Sat down with me for over an hour 1 on 1 to help figure out my health troubles. Went above and beyond. I highly recommend this practice 👌

I couldnt even give one start to this practice! but i was forced to in order to post a review- I had to deal with them in the medical field as I work in a doctors office and tried to help THEIR patient obtain an insurance referral! I was placed on hold for so long I was disconnected 3 times. When I spoke with the office manager Doug he was even worse then the staff. I highly suggest that if you are looking for a PCP you look elsewhere! They do not know how to treat their patients let alone other doctors offices.
