Dempsey was very easy to communicate with and set up our appointment for the next day with ease. Mark, our electrician, was great to work too. He was fast, efficient and explained everything. The completed job was exactlty the way we wanted. The family owned feel of Dempsey was also a welcomed difference. The folks on the phone were friendly and professional and definitely all family.
Arnold was very professional and was able to fix my problem very quickly.
Highly highly highly recommend! I had another electrician come out to check flickering lights & a few other minor things, & that electrician wanted to charge me thousands of dollars to move the electrical box and fix wiring - none of which needed to be done. Dempsey Family Electric came out when I got fed up with the other electrician for not responding to my calls or texts, and turns out the only problem was LED light bulbs going bad!!!!!! I greatly appreciated how Manuel called one hour ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. He was very knowledgeable, easy to get along with, and he did great work. He was able to fix my light fixture and install a video doorbell within one hour. I will definitely call Dempsey again whenever I need an electrician, and I will be sure to ask for Manuel.
