Dempsey Energy responded quickly when our AC system died. Replaced system in one day under extreme heat conditions. Working a very long day in over 100 degree attic and in no shade yard David and Charles never lost their good humor. Completed everything that was in the quotation and and answered all our questions.
Robert and Matthew B worked hard to get the ac running.
Dan was very nice, the hose was not the right fit, turned on hose water squirtting out seeping under floor, I had to provide my towel to sop up the water, then he had to go and purchase a new hose. When returned, I dont know what happened, water all over floor. I was not happy. Anyhow, job completed and Thank you.
Xavier did a wonderful job very thorough and got my central air up and running again. They took a garden hose to the outside compressor and took a can of spray cleaner to the inside coils. Watched to see if that cleared the blockage and recommended a different filter than the type the furnace came with 11 yrs ago. Cost for this repair I feel was over priced considering it was mostly labor and 1/2 can of spray detergent. However they were very fast ,attentive and decided to add the compressor cleaning free to the $1,200 bill.
We recently had both our mini splits installed with a new condenser to your technicians Dave and Charlie thank you very much they ran into a if you complications but still got the job done in a very professional manner and I would recommend this company very highly as we are at church and they served as very well again thank you
