Our furnace broke on a very cold Saturday in NE. The tech came out within an hour of my calling, diagnosed the problem, explained to me what it was (clearly, so I understood) and they are coming back Monday with the part needed. Technician was polite and knowledgeable. Adding to this because the follow through was amazing. Starting with Megan, who answers the phone and does scheduling.
