Garrett did an awesome job on my carpets. They were moderately stained and looked new after. I would recommended this guy for sure. He was punctual, friendly and very respectful of my home.
Called Mr Demos to clean a set of couches I bought. He came to my residence the following day and made them look new again. I was so impressed I'm having them do my rental property Carpets in Agawam. Great guy very personable and it's nice to have in my home. Thanks again 5 *****

Moved to Longmeadow last fall and was looking for a reputable carpet cleaning business. After spending some time searching I came across Demos Carpet through Facebook. They were punctual, friendly, and did a very good job cleaning. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them in the future.
So Demos came to my home and did a fantastic job cleaning my tile and grout. I was so pleased with the effort they put in. My grout looked new when they were done. I was very impressed by the outcome considering I had them cleaned by another company and they didn't come out as well. I would like to thank Louis one of the staff members in being so helpful.
Very unsatisfied with Garrets services. Once I mad that known he repeatly messaged me unprofessional, nasty message. It's been over a year and this is still going on! After the last message a few days ago I threaten to contact the police if this happens one more time. I have had muiltple women dealing with the same shit reach out to me. One is taking him to court. BEWARE
I was so happy with the gentleman who came to my home. He was very personable and went above and beyond my expectations. I have used a few companies in the past but Demos Carpet was wonderful. Millie S.
