We paid 3000 upfront for him to represent us on a adoption we are trying to stop. We went to court on 4-6-21. He was in court with us for 3 hours. He Did not even call two of our witnesses that he already had Sworn in as witnesses. We provided all the paper work for him to prove our case. There was nothing for him to look up or gather info on. He has always been a great representative but I am very unsatisfied with his work on my current case bc ANY PERSON WITH COMMON SENSE could see that this case is bogus!! I believe he could and still can do what is right and represent my children and i, with just THE FACTS, and there no doubt in my mind we could win this case!! For starters OCS has to discuss your case plan within the first 90 days or your case by law should be thrown out, if that isn't enough how is the case still ongoing almost two and a half years later... ... read more
