I recently visited Demopolis Animal Clinic and had two very different experiences with the front desk. On a previous visit, the receptionist I spoke with was not very pleasant when I asked questions. She acted like I was an inconvenience to her, when I walked away she even rolled her eyes which came across as very disrespectful and unprofessional. This Demopolis Animal Clinic is a real gem. One of my elderly canines found herself with a painful limb in a recent camping trip to Forklamd Campground, located 2 hours west of our regular veterinarian. A quick phone call to this clinic, and we were on our way. The staff and veterinarian were kind, sympathetic and very accommodating. After a brief conversation and record sharing, I was out the door with a reasonably priced medication and 'glsd that we could help.' I haven't seen this type of service in decades.
