The best dealer I have ever been in and done business with. Everyone is knowledgeable about the units. It’s low pressure sales. I traveled from out of state to do business with them and I will return.
William was very attentive and listened to what we were looking for. He avoided all units that did not fit our needs and only showed us what we had described to him that would work for us including our weight limit.The very first one we looked at, had exactly what we were hoping for. He was extremely easy to work with, listened to us and really cares about what the customers are looking for. The whole process, from start to finish, with everyone involved, was extremely easy and pleasant!
We were recommended to check out DeMontrond by a young lady we happened upon at a Starbucks! We’d been looking for a camper van that would fit our needs for awhile. The Thor Tellaro is what we ended up purchasing. Hopefully, it’s the right choice. If it weren’t for salesman, Collin, we would have probably continued our search. This pains me to write this, DeMontrond's "Warranty Forever" is a scam. A warranty, as defined by Google, is " written guarantee, issued to the purchaser of an article by its manufacturer, promising to repair or replace it if necessary within a specified period of time," and forever should mean no time limitations, as long as the terms of the agreement are met. We just purchased a 2025 Forest River Fr3 34DS from Demontrond RV Spring and our sales rep William Ampie was great to work with in helping us to find what we wanted with no pressure at all! He worked with us for several weeks and communicated when something came in that he thought we might like! He was very helpful in helping us find what we wanted.
