Spent hours making a deal to only get a phone call next day when we were heading to pick it up . Salesman Steven rudely informed us that the trailer we bought yesterday was already sold over the phone . Tough luck . The sales manager Larry said he’d investigate the situation and he did. Don’t like companies that operate like this and luckily found a great dealership in navasota Texas with same trailer and a great business attitude . Customers matter Demontrond RV!
