My fiancé and I were out RV shopping today and couldn’t get here until 6pm when they close. Elyssa was kind enough to stay almost an hour after hours to show us several travel trailers. Thank you Elyssa for your exceptional service!
Elyssa helped us. We are shopping around and very picky on what we want and what we don’t. She was great with showing us and being up front. We did not commit to buy yet but she was wonderful at letting us know what would work and what wouldn’t for what we want. 10/10 and 100% will use her!
Absolute horrible company, the list is long! Communication is atrocious. Dishonest about the RV properly working causing damage.. False advertising travel reimbursement. Very disorganized with documents, two months and Demontrond has not sent our registration funds and title so we can register and use our rv. Had to cancel two holiday weekend trips It is absolutely disgusting the amount of trouble we are having. In our opinion, save yourselves the trouble, go elsewhere.
Bought our Thor Axis from DeMontrond recently. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with. Many thanks for the excellent service!
Elyssa Andrews did a very good job at showing us around, and was a very nice and detailed. She sold us our home on wheels!
