We bought a camper here as well as a complete warranty. After months of owning the camper we decided we were going to cancel our warranty and get a partial refund which we were told at the time of purchasing would be no problem. When we went to get our warranty information the company stated it was never in effect the whole time we owned it. "We recently purchased a new RV and had it delivered home. However, we noticed several issues, including a non-functional slide, a door that doesn't latch properly, and yellow spots around the exterior. This is the first time I’ve wrote a review but maybe I’ll finally get their attention! Went in for a Warrant Forever inspection, asked about my roof black tank vent cap was loose. They told me the Warranty doesn’t cover it and it would be 2300$ to replace. Also I asked about my locks around the camper that don’t lock and again it doesn’t cover. Absolute horrible company, the list is long! Communication is atrocious. Dishonest about the RV properly working causing damage.. False advertising travel reimbursement. Very disorganized with documents, two months and Demontrond has not sent our registration funds and title so we can register and use our rv. Had to cancel two holiday weekend trips It is absolutely disgusting the amount of trouble we are having. In our opinion, save yourselves the trouble, go elsewhere.
