BEWARE OF Demondtrond RV of Spring!!!!! Purchased a 2018 Fifth Wheel, had it inspected by them, told no leaks, bought extended warranty and first rain our RV was saturated from slide out. NEEDS COMPLETE NEW SLIDEOUT ROOF AND MOTORS. Demontrond states file on insurance because they are not to blame that they sold a RV with a damaged slide out!!!!! Bought 3 months ago and used once in the rain!!!!!!

Purchased new travel trailer three days later water heater started leaking bad. Call salesman Saturday, he said bring Monday he will find someone to take care of it. Service department says no next Monday. Service stated don't care I didn't build it. Once they get you money you on your own. All contact info for upper management is hard to find.

We came into the demontrond rv dealer ship at Houston and was assigned to Daniel Murphy. Being sceptical of all dealership especially purchasing a big ticket item, we were completely satisfied with Daniel Murphy presentation of the product, showing us several different units and explaining of all the figures and benefits of each unit. Always calm and patient, guiding us seamlessly thru the purchasing process. We finished the paperwork, smiling, and continued on to our original destination... Denny's ��

Bought a 2011 5th wheel from Andy (sales) & Al (manager) nearly 45 days ago. They still haven't gotten off their butts to get their finance office to send the necessary paperwork to the local tax office. My credit union is still waiting on it. They were great during the sale but afterwards they suck big time!! Bedroom a/c was being worked on when we looked at the rv. It's still not working. Andy said he'd have a maintenance guy call. Three weeks and we've heard nothing. This place sucks with after the sale service. Go elsewh... read more

I tried to buy a new Class C RV from them June 2014 and had to about beg a sales person to stand up and walk outside with me. So I drove all the way to Motorhome Specialist in Alvarado to purchase. Now trying them for service, the phone rings into oblivion, calling back and asking for anybody's voice mail doesn't result in a return call. This place is not in business to make money.
