Although the representative that checked our Outlander in was knowledgeable and friendly, the technician that rotated our tires did not torque them down. After driving approximately 1 mile our rear right tire started to wobble. We pulled over and noticed that the lugnuts were not even hand tight. I had to use the tools that came with the Outlander to tighten the lugnuts for all 4 wheels. I did take the Outlander back to insure that the lugnuts were tightened to the proper specs.
