Frank in the service department is a rock star.
Bought a used outlander somewhere else and brought it here for a full check to make sure all was okay with it. They said everything was fine but didn't even top the fluids off. A month later and we're hearing rattling in the engine and the back AC doesnt work when the heater is on. We've requested an appointment at least 4 different times in the last several weeks and have not been contacted once. Super irritated with the service department right now. Oh, and apparently Frank left. The one person everyone raves about.

The Mitsubishi dealership provided poor customer service, a faulty parts department, and unprofessional sales. Despite providing my VIN number and paying for the correct part, the dealership refused to return it and offered no alternative. They were rude and unprofessional, and I lost contact with them. I miss the Laport Mitsubishi, but I’ll be going to North Houston because Demontre then lost me.
