Tired of this parts department doesn’t want to give a part number out so we can fix our vehicles. Last 3 vehicles I’ve purchased have been from Martins in Cleveland great customer service there Contact information has been sent but no one has reached out…
I have an older expedition and I went in to the part department to get a part number for 2 small item. The gentleman refused to give me part number saying it wasn’t right for me to get part number from them and purchase the part somewhere else. They wanted to charge $6 for 1 plastic clip each when I could order a whole pack for $6.
I absolutely love this dealership they all have a huge heart and are always there for the customer!! The service department is top notch! The cashier lady is the best!! If you are sick of how all the big dealers treat you take the trip you’ll be glad you did!!!! And they have a life time warranty!!!!!
