Had MOT & service booked. Arrived at garage but it was closed. Called but received a text to say that the garage was closed due to illness. Would have been good to know this in advance. MOT expires on 05th so cannot drive the car after that and work Mon- Fri. Not impressed!
I was quoted for a timing belt change due to my car not starting. I was told the belt will change as well as other parts that come with a timing belt kit. The issue was something different to which we said was a possibility to begin with but would change the kit parts along with the cause of the issue. I had the impression that both repairs would be done on the same day. But it wasn't. I was told to wait a week and was told I had to pay £235 On the day for the belt repair which I did.
