Does not respond to phone calls. Work is very low quality with poor quality materials Has been the worth tradesman we have ever dealt with with 0 communication.
Made a BIG mistake hiring this company for my new house railing. Very poor quality railing. Railing is cracking. they didn't provide any letter from the engineer for the work they did. I tried calling lally at least 100-times but he didn't pick-up my call. Their railing failed inspection and they are not doing anything to fix the railing. I will have to remove their railing and hire different guy who can install new railing from beginning. I made a huge mistake and wasted my money time hiring them.
Terrible company, scam artists. Installed our railing and aluminum stair case and did an absolute butcher of a job. The owner tried to justify that using three small screws to hold up an entire staircase was normal. The staircase itself was a total hack job. The workers are clueless and have no construction skills what so ever. We called him and he promised to come back and fix it, never replied back. Very bad experience with them ,job was not done right they are not professional at all.We called them alots of time but they never answered or call back.Donot pay them until your not satisfied.
We got our patio railing by them, it looks great! Very reasonable price and on time! I will definitely recommend them!
