I used John from Perry L. Demma CPA this year for my taxes, we were supposed to get a tax credit but when John submitted it he did not submit the proper years form or the substantiating documents required for that tax credit. After I discovered that the state changed our return to reflect not getting the credit I went in to talk to John and was told that I had to figure out why the state didn’t like it, so I called the state and figured out why.
