DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. I took my car to them for a trans rebuild they said they did 4th gear was not working (known problem on that year car). After I got it back 4th gear was fine but the lockup would go in and out (raising the rpm's by 50) I took it back to them on day 2 and several more times and they would not fix the problem. It might have been a good price but they do not care after they finish and get their money. I like professionals and they are not professionals
DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER putting your trust into this mess of a business. They have charged us for a repair and delivered us the car back in the same state we brought it to them, saying we needed to take it somewhere else because they could not service the problem. They also could not produce the used parts the claimed needed repair. They have yet to return our payment. Always great work and pricing. I have had transmission and general automotive work done here over the years. Always satisfied. Would highly recommend!
Many people had given me great reviews about this shop especially in regard to their promptness and professionalism, so when I needed work done I took my car to them. I have taken 2 of my vehicles to Mark and have never had anything less than excellent service! I have recommended Mark and his shop to everyone I know.
I have done business with Mark multiple times. I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else! He has built stock and performance transmissions for me and I've always been a happy customer.
I never go out of my way to write any reviews but I was so shocked at this company's horrible service and I would hate for even my worst enemy to go through what I had to deal with. I heard a couple of good things about this place and even the tow truck driver had nice things to say, so I had my 2003 Yukon Denali towed there to have my transmission rebuilt.
