They ruined 2 batches of parts for us. Asked to get them stripped so we could reanodize them elswhere, was told multiple times that the parts were in process or halfway done. Showed up 4 weeks later and the parts were still sitting on the receiving desk where I had left them when I dropped them off. Emailed to ask for a refund for the $800+ I spent on the bad anodizing, got no reply. Had to send the parts to a different anodizer to get stripped, media blasted and redone.
