I recently visited the salon with my friend, and while I had a great experience with Taylor, my friend was disappointed with the service she received from Ava. Ava had agreed to do my friend's hair after completing another appointment, but she ended up skipping my friend to attend to another woman(white) without an appointment. This experience left a bad taste, especially since it seemed like Ava decision was influenced by our appearance. I give Taylor a 5 star. Won’t be turning
