My husband and I wanted to buy a recliner loveset, we did some research and knew just what we wanted . We still did some shopping around. We went to the big furniture stores in Boise, DeMeyer was the first one ,they had one we really liked, but we still looked at other stores . But went back to DeMeyer and thanks to Glenn,who was so helpful and willing to make sure we got everything we where look for , even found the right color. Not impressed! We have been in to this store twice, and both times we made the mistake of going on days that they were doing giveaways. We were never greeted and had to seek out a salesperson to help us. So irritating when you are there to actually spend money and the only people that are getting customer service are the free loaders there to collect their $100 gift cards and buy the cheapest thing in the store with it. Slimiest, scum!!!!!!!! Ashley furniture told me they were going to refund my purchase over the phone. Next day i get a call and they said it is still going to be delivered and that they will not refund me. I paid all cash- my order was delayed and i decided to get it from another store sooner and a better price. They told me absolutely not- despite an associate telling me they had got authorization to cancel the order- Slimiest, Nasty business i have ever worked with!

Great service! Everyone was so helpful in finding the best furniture for my whole house! Even the delivery guys were great. The were so careful and considerate in my home. Must check out if your in need of ANY type of furniture!
Do not go unless you take a man. We were completely ignored by every single sales idiot. If you only realized we make over $100k a year you might of been at least human. Your loss. The service sucks. Lots of other furniture stores that will help you out. Spend your money where they care
