Gina hung up on me when I called to ask about getting paperwork for my pharmacy to fill a prescription for me. I had to call back and she was rude and continued to yell at me that they have faxed it over to the pharmacy and that it is the pharmacy not receiving the information. I'm a diabetic that needs my medication and supplies and feel that my needs aren't being met and I'm more of a "bother" than a patient. I'm still waiting on the proper paperwork so that I can get my life saving medication.
He is a true professional and also cares more about my health care needs than any doctor I have ever visited as a patient. He take my health care very serious and is always very detailed about my health care needs.
