Jones for 30+ years there is so much that I could say concerning his professionalism, plethora of knowledge as well as his willingness to assist his client passed and present on their fitness journey. I’ve just left the gym with Demetrius and am so happy with the changes I’m seeing. At my age, he knew how to help start my weightlifting and now am progressing to heavier weights. I feel healthier , stronger and happy that I’m not only strengthening muscles but also my bones. He knows how to push me and I always trust him because of his knowledge and long tried and true experience with training people and pushing them to their potential. Demetrius is the best in town and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
